THE DEVELOPMENT: ĦARRUBA RESIDENCES
Ħarruba Residences is a boutique collection of 15 premium apartments in the heart of Nadur, Gozo. Nine have been privately sold, while the remaining six—including one penthouse—are available for long-term rental directly from the owner.
Construction of the residences has been completed, with interior finishing and furnishing currently underway. The landscaped communal areas and outdoor amenities, including the pool, lounge, BBQ area, and gardens, are entering their final phase ahead of welcoming the first residents in January 2027.
